We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. All no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service! I allow a 15-minute late window, after 15 minutes you will be charged 50% of the service and the appointment will be canceled. Any cancellations after 48 hrs will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. If you no call, no show, you will automatically be blocked from booking
